Hummus Vegan Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of your favourite bread

Olive oil

Hummus 

Step 1

Brush olive oil on the first slice of bread. Spread hummus on the top of the second slice then place together.

Step 2

Put olive oil side down on a medium high pan before oiling the other slice of bread. 

Step 3

Grill until both sides of the bread are toasted and plate to enjoy!
