Tasty Onion Vegan Dip
Ingredients
2 medium onions (1 large onion), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup cashews, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes then drained
300 grams soft tofu (about 1 cup)
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp better than bouillon vegan chicken stock
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
Step 1
All ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Refrigerate before serving.
